I loved that the staff were super friendly and helpful. Susan at reception was an absolute star! the location was excellent, and bus stops right outside made getting into the city centre easy. i really appreciated being so close to many bar and restaurant choices!

the standard double room had super clean plush fluffy towels, it also included tea and coffee facilities. the bathroom was clean, and i was pleased with the shower it provided great water pressure! i found everything i needed.

the hotel offers convenient bus stops right outside, this provides direct access to the city centre. the reception is open 24/7. i noticed a perspex screen at the reception, so it seemed very safe and hygienic.

Breakfast was lovely! i was served by a friendly lady, and requests outside the menu were accommodated. the breakfast room had been freshly decorated. It looked great. the restaurant attached to the hotel served some fine indian food.

the room was clean. i slept in a standard twin room. the shower was good. the breakfast was great and had attentive staff. i found good value at the restaurant.
the soundproofing between rooms was bad, so i heard noisy neighbors for some days.

great location friendly staff comfortable room
The bus stops directly across from the hotel. I found the metro a manageable 15-minute walk (it's not bad at all). A leisurely 40-minute walk got me into the city when i was like exploring. The staff was very nice and approachable.
I noticed the stair and corridor carpet could benefit from a refresh (it was somewhat worn).

The reception staff was attentive. They efficiently handled requests and offered helpful suggestions for local attractions. The level of service was consistently high.

efficient service lovely bar area top notch food
The front desk provided super efficient service finding my lost makeup bag, and shipping it to me quickly. I was impressed! the reception and bar area downstairs looked lovely and clean. i definitely recommend the indian restaurant attached. The food is top notch!
